    • Ingredients:

      • 4 tablespoons white chocolate chips or 1 ounce of a high-quality white chocolate candy bar, shredded
      • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, soy, or oat milk work well)
      • 2 shots of espresso (about 2 ounces or 60 ml)
      • Whipped cream (optional)
      • Ice cubes
      • Additional white chocolate sauce or shavings for garnish (optional)

      White Chocolate Sauce:

      1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
      2. Add the white chocolate chips or shredded candy bar to the milk, stirring continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
      3. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature. This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later use.

      To Assemble the Iced Latte:

      1. Drizzle about 1-2 tablespoons of the prepared white chocolate sauce around the inside of a glass.
      2. Brew your espresso shots and set them aside to cool to room temperature.
      3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
      4. Pour the brewed espresso over the ice.
      5. Pour in the milk, using a long-handled spoon to stir until combined.
      6. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream and an additional drizzle of white chocolate sauce or some white chocolate shavings.
