Payment

Credit Cards For credit card payments, we currently only accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. PayPal If you don’t have a credit card, you could also use PayPal directly in our webshop.If you have any problem about payment, feel free to contact us by emailing cs@homtone.com.

Typically, refunds take three to seven business days to reflect back on your account once they have been issued.
No. There are no other processing or additional fees. If you choose expedite delivery, you will need to pay $15. For standard delivery, it's free.

Shipping

3-7 business days. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. HOMTONE will begin shipment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Sincreative products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder. Otherwise, Please contact our Customer Support Team at cs@homtone.com for assistance.
For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, please contact our Customer Support Team at cs@homtone.com.
Unfortunately you are not able to add extra items to an order that has already been made.Please place a second order. But we will manage to ship them out together if the first order has not been dispatched.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at cs@homtone.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day, and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our refund policy.
We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact our support team at cs@homtone.com to submit your warranty claim and we will response within 24 hours. And please check our refund policy to see what should be prepared for a refund or a replacement.
