We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Homtone. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and include all original accessories and manuals.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your product at cs@homtone.com or by calling +1 (626) 803 8547.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please use a traceable shipping method and insure the package for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only and do not include any shipping fees.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
