Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 4 large egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ice Cream Maker: Ensure your Homtone Ice Cream Maker is clean and ready to use. Plug in the power supply and place it on a flat, level surface.

  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and sugar until well combined. This will ensure a smooth mix without lumps later.
