Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup half-and-half

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • 5 tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur (such as Amaretto di Disaronno)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Stir heavy cream, half-and-half, and sugar together in a large bowl until sugar dissolved. Stir in liqueur and vanilla.

  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream bowl and select the ice cream mode to make it until it reaches the soft - serve consistency. Transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it for about 2 hours before eating.
