1 (14 ounce) can sweetened cream of coconut

1 cup milk

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 ½ cups sweetened flaked coconut (Optional)
Directions

Combine cream of coconut and milk in a food processor or blender; mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut until combined.

Pour into the ice cream maker's container; select the ice cream mode to make it. After completion, transfer it into an airtight container for frozen storage in the fridge.
