Ingredients:

  • 1 package spring roll wrappers: Typically contains about 24-30 wrappers.
  • Assorted vegetables: You can use a mix of your favorite vegetables.

Here’s a suggestion:

    • 1 medium carrot, shredded
    • 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
    • 1/4 cup mung bean sprouts (optional)
    • 1/4 cup shredded red bell pepper (optional, for added color and flavor)
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce: For seasoning the vegetables.
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil: Adds a nutty flavor and helps in binding the vegetables.
    • 1/4 cup water: Optional, used if you need to thin the sauce or if the vegetables seem dry.

  • Air fry basket

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and Dry the Vegetables: Thoroughly wash all the vegetables and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Shred and Slice: Shred the carrot and slice the cabbage thinly. You can use a mandoline slicer for uniform slices.
Prepare Other Vegetables: If using bean sprouts, trim the ends and wash them. If adding red bell pepper, slice it thinly.

Step 2: Season the Vegetables
In a Mixing Bowl: Combine the shredded carrot, sliced cabbage, bean sprouts, and any other vegetables you are using.
Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil: Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated.

Fold the Wrapper: Fold the bottom corner over the vegetables, then fold in the sides, and roll up the wrapper, sealing the edge with a bit of water if necessary.

Step 4: Air Fry the Spring Rolls
Prepare the Air Fry Basket: Lightly spray the air fry basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Place the Spring Rolls: Arrange the spring rolls in the basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
Set the Temperature and Time: Set your pizza oven to the AIR FRY function at 375°F.
Cook the Spring Rolls: Place the basket in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the spring rolls halfway through to ensure even cooking and a golden brown color.

Step 5: Check and Serve
Check for Doneness: After 8-10 minutes, check the spring rolls for a crispy exterior. They should be golden brown and crispy.
Serve Immediately: Remove the spring rolls from the oven and serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or a peanut sauce.
