Ingredients:
2 - 3 medium-sized potatoes, 2 - 3 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into large chunks. Then, steam them for about 15 - 20 minutes until you can easily insert a chopstick into the potatoes.
  • Put the steamed potato chunks into the container of the food processor.
  • Add the butter, milk, salt, and a little bit of black pepper.
  • Start the food processor and blend until the mashed potatoes become smooth and creamy. If the mashed potatoes are too thick, you can add a little more milk and blend again.
