Carrot Cake Batter |Homtone Food Processor | CY-369

Ingredients:
2 carrots, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • First, wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into small pieces. Put the carrot pieces into the food processor. Start the machine and process the carrots until they are shredded finely.
  • Transfer the shredded carrots to a large bowl. Then, put the eggs, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil into the food processor and blend them evenly.
  • Next, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt to the food processor and blend until a uniform batter is formed.
  • Finally, pour the batter into the bowl with the shredded carrots and add the chopped walnuts. Stir them together with a spatula. Now the carrot cake batter is ready and you can pour it into a baking pan for baking.
