Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat: Set your oven to the MANUAL function at 425°F (218°C). This temperature will ensure the vegetables roast evenly and become tender.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Wash and Peel: Rinse the vegetables thoroughly under cold water and peel if necessary.
