Ingredients

- Fruits: 50g of blueberries, 5 strawberries, 1 banana
- Liquid: 200ml of milk
- Optional: An appropriate amount of honey or maple syrup, a few drops of vanilla extract

Steps:

1. Prepare the fruits: Wash the strawberries and remove their stems, then cut them into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into segments. If using fresh blueberries, simply rinse them; if using frozen blueberries, no pre - treatment is needed.
2. Put the ingredients in: Place the cut strawberries, banana segments, and blueberries into the mixing bowl of the Food Processor.
3. Add liquid and other seasonings**: Pour in the milk. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add an appropriate amount of honey or maple syrup, and then add a few drops of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
4. Blend the smoothie: Tightly close the bowl lid. Start the Food Processor at speed 1 to initially combine the ingredients, then gradually increase the speed to 2. Blend until all the ingredients are completely integrated and the smoothie becomes smooth and creamy, which takes about 1 - 2 minutes.
5. Check and adjust: Stop the Food Processor, open the bowl lid, and check the consistency of the smoothie. If it's too thick, add some milk; if it's too thin, add some more fruits and blend again.
6. Serve and enjoy: Pour the prepared blueberry, strawberry, and banana smoothie into a glass. For decoration, you can place a strawberry or some blueberries on the surface of the smoothie, and then it's ready to be enjoyed.

Tips:

- You can choose fresh or frozen fruits according to your preference and availability. Using frozen fruits can make the smoothie more icy, refreshing, and thick, and there's no need to add extra ice cubes.
- The milk can be replaced with plant - based milk such as almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk to meet different dietary needs.
- To increase the nutritional value and enrich the taste of the smoothie, you can also add some chia seeds, flaxseeds, protein powder, or chopped nuts.
