Homtone warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty covers:

3. What This Warranty Covers
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises and a covered product doesn't operate or perform as warranted, Homtone will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair or replace the product or the defective part;
- Refund the purchase price paid, provided the product is returned to the place of purchase.

- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, fading or discoloration;
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
- Damage caused by using the product with incompatible accessories or attachments not supplied or approved by Homtone;
- Products with removed, altered, or tampered with serial numbers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Homtone be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of property, loss of use, loss of time, or loss of profits, whether such damages are based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
7. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser and is not valid for any subsequent owner or user.
