Ingredients:
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Steps:

1. Preheat Oven and Pizza Stone
Select the "wood fired pizza" mode and let the oven preheat for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare the Pizza Dough
If using store-bought dough, follow the package instructions to prepare it. If making from scratch, roll out the dough to your desired thickness on a surface dusted with a little flour. Spread the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
