Ingredients
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp butter extract (or vanilla extract)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups cornbread crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare a rectangular loaf pan.
- Place sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt into a large mixing bowl and stir well. Pour heavy cream into the bowl with ice cream mixture, and let it stir in ice cream mode until it swells.
- Next, gently fold in half of the cornbread crumbs into the ice cream and stir until the mode ends.
- Pour half of the cornbread ice cream mixture into the prepared pan, then layer with ½ cup of cornbread crumbs, the remaining ice cream mixture, and finally the remaining ½ cup of cornbread crumbs.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 - 4 hours for best texture.
