½ cup chopped black walnuts
Directions

Combine light cream, half-and-half, sugar, and black walnut extract.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, select the ice cream mode for stirring and freezing. Then fold in the walnuts. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm.
